Football Essentials

Football Essentials courses are online skill-development group classes delivered through Zoom application. The goal of these classes is to collectively focus on our individual techniques; including ball control and conditioning, using our personal space at home, considering the space limitations.

Each RFE Football Essentials course targets a series of related techniques, and consists of 8 sessions, including an assessment at the end of the course to provide feedback and track participants’ progress. Each session is 30 minutes.

Participation: To get the maximum benefit we recommend participants take the full course in 4 weeks (2 sessions per week), or at least once per week to be able to track their progress; however, a flexible drop-in option is also available.

Our Upcoming Football Essential Course:

Starting: Thursday June 11, 2020

Ending: Monday July 6, 2020

Technical Topics: Close Control; How to use Sole, Inside and Outside of the foot to handle the soccer ball and make practical moves.

Age group: 7 to 10 – 11 to 14

Level: Beginner-Intermediate

Time: Mondays and Thursdays 6:30 to 7:00 pm
